Driving in bad weather

Blimey I can’t believe it’s that long since my last confession post. It’s been a busy old month, but I haven’t really got anything to write about, hence the lack of posts.

I Just thought I’d have a small rant. This week has seen the temperature drop, it’s been cold freezing! We’ve had the first snow of the year (in my area anyway), this meant a normal commute of 20-25mins took about 1 hr 15 mins, to say I wasn’t over impressed was an understatement, but it got me to thinking, why can’t people drive in bad weather conditions? I was also driving in fog recently and thought exactly the same thing. Two things happen, either people drive like idiots and do very erratic things or they almost stop.

Please over the next few months when the weather isn’t as good just be sensible. A couple of suggestions – may be slow down a little, don’t jab on the brakes for no apparent reason and I have nothing interesting in my boot, you don’t want to see what’s in there when I’m driving along so please, please don’t drive an inch of my bumper, especially in bad weather.
